InformationOn Deck is now offering its First Annual Fall Comprehensive Training Program. This training program is designed to help each individual player increase both skill set and knowledge of playing their defensive position, pitching/throwing, and at the plate.

EVERY SESSION WILL BEGIN WITH:
Strength/Flexibility - The first half hour of each session will be focused on strength and flexibility training. We believe that in order to maximize a player's full potential, they must have a certain level of strength and flexibility to perform the mechanics with athleticism.
