[email protected]This is a course for younger players who still need some work on the basic mechanics of throwing/catching, hitting, and fielding. We will focus heavily on fundamentals and use drills throughout the course to emphasize the correct mechanics. After this 3 week course, your players will walk away with much more confidence and skill in all areas of the game.
Example For Week 1:
Week 1 will consist of a lot of fundamental mechanics. Offensively, we will cover the proper stance, hand position, swing path, and lower half mechanics. We primarily will work off of the tee, but shift into light front toss just to see the ball in motion. Defensively, we will really hammer the mechanics of throwing and catching. We will also go through a full throwing progression to ensure arm safety and power.
