PRE - FALL STRENGTH & CONDITIONING CLASSES (HS)
This is a 4-week program designed to enhance athletic performance and improve key metrics such as the 60-yard dash, exit velocity, and maximum velocity. Because baseball has become a year-round sport, the month of August is our “off-season” and this is a great opportunity to restore and build the athletes body in preparation for the fall season.
PROGRAM DETAILS
This program is structured to provide targeted training three times a week, with multiple session options available throughout the day from Monday through Saturday. Each week, we will focus on different training themes to maximize your progress:
Top Speed/Dynamic Lower Body Effort Day
Rotational Power/Dynamic Upper Body Day
Acceleration/Max Effort Full Body Day
The training order and sequence are crucial to optimize results. For example, you can choose the following sequence:
Friday: Top Speed/Dynamic Lower Body Effort
Monday: Rotational Power/Dynamic Upper Body
Wednesday: Acceleration/Max Effort Full Body
Or:
Saturday: Top Speed/Dynamic Lower Body Effort
Tuesday: Rotational Power/Dynamic Upper Body
Thursday: Acceleration/Max Effort Full Body
We have session options listed Monday through Saturday at multiple times each day in an effort to maximize convenience for all participants. Everyone can simply register for the days and times that work best for you each week! If you are serious about having your best fall season ever, then you do not want to miss this opportunity!
THIS PROGRAM WILL RUN FROM AUGUST 2ND UNTIL AUGUST 28TH. TIME SLOTS VARY; GENERAL AVAILABILITY FALLS BETWEEN 9AM-12PM AND 4PM-8PM! THIS IS ON A FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS, SO SPOTS ARE LIMITED!
