Fall Advanced Training Program



STEPS FOR BOOKING A SINGLE SESSION OF 
ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAM

Our sessions and lessons are booked through our scheduling software "EZ Facility"
You can get there by clicking the "Book A Lesson Online" in the top navigation.
It will take you to: https://ondeckacademy.ezfacility.com/Sessions

If you have already set up an account log into your account and skip to STEP 10
If you need to set up a new account follow steps below.

1. Go to: https://ondeckacademy.ezfacility.com/Sessions Click LOGIN 

2. Click the REGISTER BUTTON

3. Fill out all the information it request.  
(When setting it up create the account in your child's name to save you from having to update at a later time.)

7. Click "I'm not a robot" and then Click REGISTER

8. You will receive an email to complete your registration at the email you provided.
When you do this we just ask that you would update
-DOB
-Primary contact phone number

If you did not set up the account under your child's name or if you need to add a sibling to this shared account simply 
-Click on your name in the top left.
-Click relationships
-Add Relationship
-I want to add a/an  - Use the dropdown for Child or Sibling
-Just click the "ADD" button
-Put in all the info and click Next
-Click Submit

9. Log into your account you just created.

10. If you know what specific date and session you want to sign up for simply click
"Book Sessions" which will bring up a full schedule. Or to see all the session use the filter option (directions on bottom of this page)

11. Go to the specific date you want to sign up for. If you do not see your time listed simply click "View More"

12. Find the session you want to sign up for and click on it.

13. If you have sessions in your account simply click BOOK or if you do just click BUY PACKAGE

14. Complete process of buying package.  When completed you will see a confirmation you are booked into the session.

HOW DO I KNOW I AM CONFIRMED FOR THAT SESSION?
You can always confirm your schedule by logging into your account and clicking "My Schedule" on the left hand side. Here you will see your sessions.

WHAT DO I DO TO CANCEL A SESSION?
Click on "My Schedule". Find the session. Click on it.  And click CANCEL SESSION.  You must do this at least 24 hrs in advance to have the session go back on your account to use for a future date. No refunds will be given only credits for future sessions or lessons.


HOW DO I FILTER THE SCHEDULE TO ONLY SEE THE ADVANCED TRAINING SESSIONS
Once you are logged into your account.
On the session schedule page simply click the "FILTER" button
Click the "Calendar" to the right of the clock.
Click the box for one or both of:
-Advanced Training Program-Pineville
-Advanced Training Program - Weddington
Click Filter on the bottom and it will show you all the Advanced Training Options Sessions.
