REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES

HOLIDAY CAMPS (1-3 day)
If registered for a camp and cannot make it, we require a 48 hour notice. If we receive 48 hours notice, the full amount will be credited to your account. If we do not receive 48 hours notice, there will be no credit given. If camp is sold out and marked so on the website we will only issue credits for cancellations if we are able to fill the spot created via cancellation. THERE WILL BE NO FULL REFUNDS ISSUED.

TRAINING CAMP SESSIONS (1 on 1) and FRIDAY NIGHT HITTING
If registered for an individual session and need to reschedule, we require a 24 hour notice. If we receive 24 hours notice, we will credit the amount back to your account. If we do not receive 24 hours notice, there will be no credit given unless we are able to fill your spot. THERE WILL BE NO FULL REFUNDS ISSUED.

MULTI WEEK CLASS
If you are scheduled for a class and need to cancel, we require a 72 hour notice. If we receive the 72 hour notice, a credit will be placed on your account. If we do not receive a 72 hour notice, there will be no credit given unless we are able to fill the spot in the class. If class is sold out and marked so on the website we will only issue credits for cancellations if we are able to fill the spot created via cancellation. THERE WILL BE NO FULL REFUNDS ISSUED.
