On Deck is a great place that helps improve baseball skills, and stresses the importance of education, commitment, positive social decision making, and a strong work ethic for all young citizens.

 Our Mission:

Through the teachings of the game of baseball, a dedication to hard work and a commitment to honesty and integrity, we will succeed by enhancing the overall character development of the young athletes who are entrusted to us, while also providing the environment and opportunity for them to develop into premier athletes.

On Deck also strives to teach all of its players the importance of giving back to our community. Through the B.S.D.A., our non-profit arm, we have a goal of trying to bring the On Deck experience to as many young people as we can, regardless of their financial situation. Last year, we provided over $75,000 in financial aid to families through our fundraising efforts. This year, through various fundraisers and donations, we are trying to raise $85,000 to help provide financial assistance for families in need.
