Small Group Hitting - We will cover the basic fundamentals of the swing and promote good habits at the plate. At On Deck Academy, we teach players to get in a powerful and athletic stance and work direct to the baseball in order to create backspin. This is an hour of reps and instruction at a great price!
Small Group Pitching - We will cover the fundamentals of the stretch and teach players to pitch with accuracy and added velocity. At On Deck Academy, we believe in arm care above everything else and put that before accuracy and velocity. When players learn to throw in a healthy way, they will see accuracy and velocity improve.
Small Group Catching - Players will benefit from customized drill routines, quality repetitions, and fundamental teaching while training in a small group atmosphere. We will cover the necessary mechanics of the primary and secondary stance, receiving, blocking, footwork to throw. Sessions may vary based on participants.
