Hitting Class 
@ On Deck Indian Trail

 

Description & Objective:
On Deck Academy hitting classes will teach each participant the necessary swing mechanics through a proven developmental process that leads to success and enjoyment at every level of the game.  Players will benefit from customized drill routines, quality repetitions, and fundamental teaching while training in a small group atmosphere (4:1 player/coach ratio).  Players will be tested initially and retested upon completion to track gains.  Players will also benefit from a video review of their swing.  In addition to fundamental development, players will learn and execute dynamic training techniques designed to increase strength, bat speed, and overall explosiveness.

Equipment Needed:
Players should wear sneakers/turfs, athletic clothes, baseball hat, and bring bat, helmet, batting gloves

Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is given 48 hours in advance, we can issue a full refund minus a $20 admin fee. If notice is given within 48 hours, we can issue a half refund minus a $20 admin fee. We will send an email once the class has filled. After the email has been sent, we will no longer issue refunds for the class unless spot is filled.
