Favorite aspect of playing for the On Deck O’s: My favorite aspect of playing for On Deck is how competitive everyone on the team is. I’m a very competitive person and being surrounded by selfless guys who want to win as bad as I do makes the game so much fun, and that is not something you get everywhere else.

The thing I will miss most about my high school baseball experience: I will definitely miss going into the locker room after a big win and causing mayhem the most. We have a few things we always do after big wins and celebrating in the locker room with all my teammates is something I will never forget.

Piece of Advice for younger O’s players: If I could give any piece of advice to a younger O, it would definitely be to cherish every moment you have with all your coaches and teammates. The 6 years I played at On Deck went by faster than I thought was possible. I know everyone always says that, but it is 100% true. One day you’ll blink and you’ll be a senior in high school, so you really have to take advantage of every second you have.

What are your plans after graduation? My plans after graduation are to spend time with my friends and family and play summer ball and then in the fall head up to Denison University and win the College World Series!
