Brady Stone

We want to take a moment and send our best to each and every player. For those graduating from college we wish you all the best as you start the next chapter of your life. Once you start your new career please touch base with us and let us know where you settle and what you are doing.

Our final post is of 2020 On Deck O’s class is Brady Stone. We held this post to be our last for a special reason. Brady had previously committed to Francis Marion University but recently had a change of heart.

While FMU is a wonderful institution and respected college baseball program, we are excited and very proud to announce that Brady has decided to join the US Military, serve his country, and attend the Citadel. Brady made us all proud when he wore the On Deck uniform, but words can not express how proud and grateful we are for the commitment he is making next!

“It is refreshing to work with a young man who appreciates routine and approaches his training professionally. Brady Stone is a fine example to share with younger players when it comes to how a driven player works to make himself better.” -Kevin Hill

Favorite thing about HS baseball: Getting the opportunity to play the sport I love with my best friends that I grew up with.

What are you going to miss the most about HS baseball: I’m going to miss all the practices, games and post win bus rides home with the boys I grew up with.

Favorite thing about playing for the On Deck O’s: Receiving the best information from a great positive coaching staff all throughout my career. Also the memories made from playing baseball but also the brotherhoods that were created for a lifetime.

Advice to share with younger O’s players: Just to stay patient and trust the process. And never stop working.
