On Deck Academy is very excited to announce that Jacob Terwilliger (2022 On Deck O's/Marvin Ridge HS) committed to Wingate University! Jacob is a special talent who possesses tools that allow him to change the tide of a game for his team at any point. He has plus power offensively, he runs well, and he can really throw from the outfield. Jacob is a physical young man who works hard in the weight room and at the game. He is a tough competitor and an incredible teammate. Jacob is also a very good student. Coach Gregory and the Bulldogs landed a special student-athlete!
We would like to congratulate Jacob and his parents, Teresa and Allen, along with Coach Putman and the MRHS Baseball Coaching Staff, on this impressive achievement. We are very excited to follow Jacob's career at the next level with the defending National Champs!
