We are thrilled to announce that Billy Baxter (2023 On Deck O’s/Hopewell HS) committed to Emory and Henry College!  Billy has been a vital member of the 2023 class and On Deck Academy for many years.  He is a respected competitor and a valued member of his team.  Every time Billy takes the mound, his team has a great chance to be successful.  Billy is a high-achieving student and an intense player who will be a welcomed addition to the Wasps program. Coach McCall and his staff will inevitably be thankful they landed Billy, largely due to his desire to help his team win!

Congratulations to Billy and his parents, Laurie and Bill, as well as the coaching staff at Hopewell High School.  We wish Billy the very best and look forward to following his success at Emory and Henry!
