King commits to Guilford College!




On Deck Academy is happy to announce the commitment of Carson King (2023 On Deck O’s/Marvin Ridge HS) to Guilford College! Coach Booker and his staff have landed an impressive student-athlete who will make such a positive impact on the Quakers Program and on campus. Carson is a talented and valued pitcher who works very hard and represents our program well on and off the field. He is an outstanding teammate, gifted student, and respected competitor.

Congratulations to Carson and his parents, Amy and Brian, as well as Coach Putman and the MRHS coaching staff on this exciting achievement. We will enjoy following Carson’s journey and success at the next level.
