- Summer Camp Info -
CHECK IN/DROP Off Starts at 8:30am
CAMP RUNS FROM 9am-1pm (Monday - Thursday)
The camps will be designed for ages 6-12.
Cost: $225
Every camper will receive a Summer Camp T-Shirt!
Drinks/Snacks: PLEASE do not bring sports drinks. Water only. Bring a small snack for your player(s). PLEASE do not pack a full meal. DO NOT bring snacks containing peanuts.
All players must have a signed copy of a waiver form on the first day of camp. You can also sign and email a copy to [email protected] in advance. Waiver: CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD
Daily Routine:
Every day each camper will have instruction in the areas of groundball fielding, fly-ball fielding, hitting, throwing/pitching, and team fundamentals. We will also play different games and competitions. We will not play full baseball games.
The last day of camp will run as a Camp Olympics day. During the Camp Olympics, players will be split into teams and will compete in different games (Target Tee, Bunting, Throwing Accuracy, Ground Ball Games, and more).

WCWAA Weather Policy:
If we are forced to cancel a day of camp due to weather, we will makeup that day on Friday of that week. If we are forced to cancel 2 days of camp due to weather, we will issue a credit for the day of camp we are unable to makeup. If we are able to hold a makeup day on Friday for the missed day and you are not able to make it, we will not issue a refund or a credit for the missed day. Please take this into account when signing up for camps and planning for vacations.
Cancellation Policy:
If a player withdraws from camp 48 hours before the camp begins, they will receive a full refund minus a $20 administrative fee. If it is within 48 hours of the start time, and the camp still has spots open for registration, they will receive a half-refund minus a $20 administrative fee. If the camp is closed and has no open registration spots, a refund will not be given.
